WHO WE ARE:
We are an affiliation of WiCyS National founded in 2021 by industry & academia members to create a tight knit inclusive community for all women, allies and advocates with a strong mission to recruit, retain and advance women in cybersecurity.
WHAT WE DO AT WiCyS UTAH:
Create a tight knit diverse & inclusive community where we are dedicated to
celebrate and foster our passion and drive to increase cybersecurity within
Utah.
We aim to Increase awareness, Provide opportunities, & Share resources
about cybersecurity to unite local communities of aspiring and thriving
cybersecurity professionals, share resources, provide opportunities to
network, collaborate and mentor.

WiCyS Utah Founders and Press Release
PROVO, Utah – Jan. 28, 2021 – Leaders at organizations around Utah including Nu Skin Enterprises, Health Equity, 3M, Southern Utah University and Progressive Leasing, launched Utah’s Professional Affiliate of Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS), a national nonprofit organization aimed at building a stronger gender-diverse cybersecurity workforce throughout the world.
